Young Adults & Adults
I believe the most valuable aspect of therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist. This relationship is collaborative, where both you and I work together to improve your mental, emotional, and social life. I always allow your specific needs and goals to determine the therapeutic approach, the frequency of visits, and the duration of therapy.
Unfortunately, many insurance companies set limits on the necessity of therapy, the types of therapy you can receive, and the number of visits. They do not take into consideration your personal goals or needs. For these reasons, I do not participate in health insurance plans.
My services as an out-of-network therapist qualify for reimbursement under most insurance plans. I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for a claim. Reimbursement amounts will be determined by the insurance provider.

Payment is expected at the time of each appointment. I accept most major credit cards. Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) can also be used to provide payment. Please note that a full session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice unless it is due to illness or an emergency.
