About Me
I believe that every individual has great value and deserves a helping hand when facing obstacles. A therapeutic relationship built on acceptance and trust is key to moving forward.
I provide psychotherapy to teens, young adults, and adults. Helping people navigate life’s obstacles is my true passion.
Through warmth, humor, empathy, and compassion, I help you explore, understand, and transform areas in your life causing distress. I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment where you are free to fully express yourself.
I use a combination of traditional talk therapy and other expressive techniques. Over the course of our therapeutic relationship, I can help you discover the tools you need to further your personal growth in and out of therapy.
